The Roots
It’s no surprise that The Roots filled the 930 Club to capacity two nights in a row because they just kick ass. The highlight of the performance was when they played a 25 minute long You Got Me that made tangents into such covers as Sweet Child Of Mine and Immigrant Son among many others. What a great wrap-up to the year and the decade. If my word isn’t good enough then hear it from ?uestlove himself.
